AIR FRYER PEACHES N CREAM

It’s peach season and it’s the perfect time for delicious peach recipes.

The key to make this recipe taste amazing is using super ripe peaches that are sweet and juicy. Peaches are a great source of vitamin C and K, aid in digestion, help improve heart health and support the immune system.

These “Peaches N Cream” are so healthy they are great for both breakfast and dessert!

Directions

  1. Cut fully ripe peaches in half and remove pit.

  2. Brush peaches with coconut oil.

  3. Sprinkle peaches with cinnamon.

  4. Place parchment paper over air fryer screen and cook at 350 °F for 5 minutes.

  5. Remove from air fryer and top with one scoop of honey Greek yogurt (I get mine from Trader Joe’s) and homemade granola.

  6. Optional: add some honey for extra sweetness or if the peaches aren’t as ripe.

  7. Enjoy!
