CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients
2 bananas (mashed)
1 1/2 cup nut milk
3 tbs. of honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1/2 cup of chia seeds
Pinch of sea salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients together and shake very well.
Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight and top with your favorite fresh fruits. Enjoy!
