CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (mashed)

  • 1 1/2 cup nut milk

  • 3 tbs. of honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds

  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and shake very well.

  2. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight and top with your favorite fresh fruits. Enjoy!
