Dairy-Free Coconut Whipped Cream

Looking for a delicious and healthy topping that's both dairy-free and processed sugar-free? This coconut whipped cream is the perfect choice!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of coconut milk (refrigerated for a few days for the best whip) – Coconut milk I use

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract – Vanilla extract I love

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (your choice of natural sweetener)

Instructions:

  1. Place your can of coconut milk in the fridge for a few days to ensure the cream thickens.

  2. Once chilled, open the can and scoop out only the thick cream, leaving the liquid behind (save it for smoothies!).

  3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup to the cream.

  4. Use a hand mixer (my favorite linked here) and blend until soft peaks form.

Enjoy this light and fluffy whipped cream as a topping for your favorite desserts or beverages!
