Deliciously Rich Date-Sweetened Flourless Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup raw almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
-1/2 cup (heaping) unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup dark cacao chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and oil or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Add the dates and water to a food processor (fitted with “S” blade) and blend until dates make a paste.
3. Now add in the almond butter, ground flaxseed, cacao powder, baking soda, vanilla, salt and balsamic vinegar. Process until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
4. Transfer to Pan: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and stir in dark chocolate chips, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
6. Allow to cool completely before slicing: Once completely cool, slice them into squares and enjoy!
