THE ULTIMATE MORNING SMOOTHIE

What better way to start your day than with a dairy-free, gluten-free, and processed sugar-free smoothie?

Here is one of my new favorites because it not only is delicious, but it’s also packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber that will give you the energy that you need to conquer your day!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen cherries

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop raspberry protein powder

  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

  • Toppings of your choice (I usually go for chopped peanuts, oats, cacao chips, and almond butter).

Directions

  1. Throw your ingredients into your blender and blend until you get your desired consistency.

  2. Scoop it out and put it in your favorite smoothie glass or bowl.

  3. Add your toppings

  4. Enjoy!
