Nutrient-Packed Ezekiel Flour Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hard red wheat berries

  • 1 1/2 cups spelt berries

  • 1/2 cup barley

  • 1/4 cup lentils

  • 1/4 cup millet

  • 2 tbsp great northern beans

  • 2 tbsp pinto beans

  3. Cooking Options:

    • Instant Pot Method: Add the rinsed grains to the Instant Pot with water according to manufacturer instructions. Cook on high pressure for about 20-25 minutes, then allow for natural pressure release.

  4. Serve or Store: Once cooked, use the Ezekiel grain blend in various recipes like salads, soups, stews, or as a side dish. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
