It's not too late to make some refreshing sun tea! This blend of lemon, green tea, fresh mint, and honey is rich in antioxidants, electrolytes, and offers a cooling boost that supports digestion and relieves tension.

Ingredients:

  • 4 green tea bags

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 2-3 tbsp honey (optional, to taste)

  • 8 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Fill a large glass jar or pitcher with 8 cups of water.

  2. Add 4 green tea bags and submerge them in the water.

  3. Drop in the lemon slices and a handful of fresh mint leaves.

  4. Cover the jar or pitcher and place it in a sunny spot outside for 3-5 hours, allowing the sun to naturally steep the tea.

  5. Once the tea is brewed to your liking, remove the tea bags.

  6. Stir in honey, if desired, for a hint of natural sweetness.

  7. Chill in the fridge or serve over ice with extra lemon and mint.
