Rosehip Soothing Tea

Rosehip tea - boosts immunity with it's high vitamin C, antioxidants aid in digestion. It also has many benefits with alleviating bloating, cramping, support heart health, boosts metabolism, and is anti-inflammatory.

Directions:

Add 1 tbsp of rosehips to boiling water

Allow to steep for 10-15 minutes.

Can enjoy hot or iced!
