1/2 cup butter (softened)

1 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
3 eggs (beaten)
1 cup milk (or cream)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the crust:
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh milled flour, baking powder, softened butter, and powdered sucanat. Mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough into the bottom of a pan (pie or tart pan works best).
Bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is light golden brown.
Allow the crust to cool completely before adding the filling.
