BANANA SPLIT

Contrary to what some people might think, the words “banana split” don’t have to necessarily mean “unhealthy.” This delicious recipe is here to prove just that.

This healthy version contains 12 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber and 1,000 grams of deliciousness! Plus, it s a great source of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

This recipe is perfect to for breakfast, and the best part? it is 100% guilt-free!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, cut lengthwise in half

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • Drizzle honey

  • 1 tbsp. almond butter

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 1/2 tbsp. hemp seeds

Tip: If you want to enjoy this banana split as a snack or dessert, cut ingredient measurements in half.


Directions

  1. Place banana on plate.

  2. Add 3 scoops of Greek yogurt in the middle of both banana slices.

  3. Using a spoon, add almond butter all over the yogurt.

  4. Drizzle with honey.

  5. Add granola and hemp seeds on top.

  6. Enjoy!
