Ingredients


2 servings

  • 2 cups raw milk

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 avocado


Directions

  1. Add ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until all ingredients are well-incorporated and get to the perfect smoothie consistency.
