MAPLE PECAN QUINOA BOWL

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of quinoa (dry)

  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

  • 1/4 cup of water

  • 1/4 tsp. of vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp of pecans (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries

  • 1 tsp. of pure maple syrup

Directions

  1. Cook the 1/4 cup of quinoa with the 1/4 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup of water.

  2. Top with vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and fresh or frozen berries.

  3. ENJOY!
