Chocolate Bundt Cake

You’ve got to try this delicious and CLEAN ingredient chocolate bundt cake! Made with clean ingredients that you can feel good about indulging in. 

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

- 1 cup butter

- 1/3 cup cacao powder

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup water

- 2 cups all-purpose flour (organic, unbleached)

- 1 3/4 cups cane sugar

- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 2 eggs

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat)

- 1 tsp vanilla

For the Chocolate Ganache Glaze:

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 2 cups dark chocolate chips (I used Hu Gems)

Instructions:

1- Preheat Oven:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2- Prepare Cake Batter:

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Stir in cacao powder, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cane sugar, and baking soda.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Add Greek yogurt and vanilla, mixing until the batter is smooth.

3- Bake:

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4- Prepare Chocolate Ganache Glaze:

While the cake is baking, heat the heavy whipping cream in a saucepan until it simmers.

Pour the hot cream over the dark chocolate chips in a bowl. Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.

5- Glaze the Cake:

Once the cake is out of the oven and has cooled slightly, pour the chocolate ganache over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides.

6- Serve and Enjoy:

Allow the ganache to set before slicing and serving.
