Easy & Healthy Coconut Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
4 cups water
Instructions:
Place the flaked coconut and water in a bowl.
Allow the mixture to soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour to soften the coconut.
After soaking, blend the mixture until smooth.
Strain the blended mixture through a milk bag to separate the liquid from the coconut pulp.
Enjoy your fresh homemade coconut milk!
