Easy & Healthy Coconut Milk



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut

  • 4 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Place the flaked coconut and water in a bowl.

  2. Allow the mixture to soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour to soften the coconut.

  3. After soaking, blend the mixture until smooth.

  4. Strain the blended mixture through a milk bag to separate the liquid from the coconut pulp.

  5. Enjoy your fresh homemade coconut milk!
