Serving Size: 12 servings (makes great leftovers) Servings: 12 (makes great leftovers)Ingredients:1 large onion, diced1 bell pepper, chopped4 cloves garlic, minced2 lbs ground beefSeasonings for beef: garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, a few flakes of crushed red pepper (optional)7 cans of a variety of chili beans (organic Bush's preferred)Instructions:In a large skillet, sauté the diced onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic until translucent in the grease left from frying the ground beef.Add the ground beef to the skillet and season with garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).
