MERMAID BOWL
This mermaid bowl is nourishing, fun, and most importantly… kid-approved! This delicious smoothie bowl is very easy to make and perfect for both adults and kids alike. It is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Plus, it has anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup passionfruit, pineapple, and mango
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp blue spirulina
Suggested Toppings: Coconut flakes, homemade granola, cacao nibs
Directions
Add ingredients into blender. Blend until well-incorporated.
Scoop smoothie into serving bowl. Top with your favorite ingredients.
