COCO-LOCO VANILLA ICE CREAM

The “Coco-Loco Ice Cream” is everything you’d want in an ice cream: creamy texture with the perfect amount of sweetness.

Ingredients

• 2 cups coconut cream frozen in cubes

• 1/2 cup coconut cream (cold)

• 1/4 cup maple syrup

• 1/4 cup almond butter

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

• Pinch of sea salt

Directions

1. For a smooth ice cream texture, blend ingredients until well-incorporated and freeze for 4 hours.
