MORNING SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 cup nut milk
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
A handful of spinach
1 scoop protein powder
Directions
Throw all of your ingredients into your blender.
Blend until getting the desired consistency.
Enjoy your morning smoothie!
I sometimes like to drink my morning smoothie with a papaya chia bowl. Here are the directions:
Cut a papaya in half lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds.

Cut a kiwi and banana in small slices and add them to the top for extra flavor, nutrients, and presentation.
