SIMPLE GRANOLA
As its name suggests, this granola recipe is simple… but delicious! It is the perfect topping for a yogurt parfait or smoothie bowl.
The best part? It only calls for six ingredients and it is very easy to make.
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts (I like hazelnut for this recipe)
1/4 tsp. sea salt
4 tbsp. coconut oil
4 tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions
Bake at 350 °F for 20-25 min (depending on your oven).
Mix it up half way through baking time.
After you remove it from the oven, allow to cool completely before storing.
