Spicy Cucumber Celery Juice with Jalapeño

This refreshing juice is anti-inflammatory, hydrating, and supports healthy immune function. It promotes healthy skin, improves blood flow, and offers many other wellness benefits.

Ingredients:

  • 5 ribs of celery

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 2 small apples

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 jalapeño (note: the apple tones down the spice for just a hint of kick)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and chop the celery, cucumber, and apples into smaller pieces.

  2. Juice the celery, cucumber, and apples together.

  3. Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the mixture.

  4. Slice the jalapeño and carefully add it to the juice (start with a small amount and adjust to taste for spice level).

  5. Stir well and enjoy!
