Taco Rice Recipe

If you need a quick dinner that’s takes less than 30 minutes, try this recipe! This taco rice recipe is so delicious and super easy to make. I love how flavorful and healthy these rice tacos were.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef, seasoned with organic taco seasoning

  • 2 cups prepared rice

  • 1 1/2 cups organic frozen corn

  • 1 1/2 cups salsa

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • Corn tortillas (optional)

  • Additional salsa for topping

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the organic taco seasoning and mix well.

  2. Prepare the Rice:
    While the beef is cooking, prepare the rice according to the package instructions.

  3. Combine Ingredients:
    Add the prepared rice, organic frozen corn, salsa, and black beans to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.

  4. Serve:
    Serve the taco rice mixture over corn tortillas or in a bowl. Top with additional salsa if desired.
