PLANT-BASED MEAT SUBSTITUTE
This “meatless” meat is definitely one of my favorite recipes that I learned during my raw week challenge. I have to confess I am a meat lover, so I wasn’t sure if I was going to like this. However, this turned out to be a very nice surprise.
With this vegan meat, you won’t even miss real meat! Try this recipe and see for yourself.
Ingredients
1 cup pecans
1 cup pepitas
2 tbsp. chili paste
1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. clove
Directions
Throw all of your ingredients into your food processor.
Process your food until you get a consistency that resembles that “meat look".
Scoop it out.
You can use it for tacos, nachos, or anything you want!
