The “Before You Go-Go” smoothie is the perfect breakfast to start your day off right. It is packed with nutrients that will give you all the fuel you need to have an amazing and productive day: immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, filled with vitamins & minerals — need to say more?

Ingredients


2 servings

  • 1 cup coconut water (provides electrolytes)

  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (immune-boosting)

  • 1/2 cup spinach (rich in iron & magnesium)

  • 1/2 banana (rich in potassium) 

  • 1/2 cup mango (high in fiber & vitamin C)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple (rich in B vitamins)

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • Zest turmeric & ginger (anti-inflammatory / great for gut health)

  • Dash of pepper (helps with absorption)

  • 1 cup of ice


Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and well-incorporated.
