Deconstructed Lasagna

a fabulous deconstructed lasagna served with a side salad. This recipe is made with the cleanest ingredients without additives and fillers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 lb Ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 lb Pasture-raised beef

  • 2 cups Organic marinara sauce

  • Seasonings:

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp salt

    • 1 tsp cracked pepper

  • 1 lb Organic Fusilli pasta

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cook Pasta: Cook the fusilli pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Prepare Beef: In a large skillet, cook the pasture-raised beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  4. Season Beef: Add garlic powder, salt, and cracked pepper to the beef. Stir well to combine.

  5. Assemble Lasagna:

    • In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.

    • Add a layer of cooked fusilli pasta.

    • Spread a layer of ricotta cheese over the pasta.

    • Add a layer of seasoned beef.

    • Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese.

    • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of marinara sauce and a generous topping of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  7. Serve: Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before serving.
