HAZELNUT SPREAD
Nutella is tasty, but its ingredients aren’t so wholesome.
This is why this hazelnut spread recipe is perfect if looking for a healthy Nutella alternative. It is perfect for toast, pancakes, crepes, or by the spoonful.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Roast hazelnuts for about 6 minutes.
Once they are toasty, allow them to cool just enough for them to be handled.
With a paper towel, run the hazelnuts together to remove some of the outer shells.
In a blender or food processor, blend the nuts until smooth, and then add all other ingredients.
Blend again until smooth, with no grainy texture.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
