HOMEMADE TRAIL MIX
Sometimes it can be hard to think of healthy snacks that are tasty and easy to make. Well, this homemade trail mix recipe checks all the boxes!
Directions
Place all nuts, pepitas, and rosemary in a small mixing bowl.
Melt butter, sweetener of choice, and cinnamon together.
Once melted, pour over the nut mixture.
Toss and stir until the nut mixture is well-coated.
Bake at 325° F for 5 minutes, stir again, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add in any dried fruits you choose.
