Ingredients:
- 12 oz bag of cranberries
- Juice from 1 orange
- Zest from 1 orange
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup cane sugar

Instructions:
1. In a simmering pan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, water, cane sugar, and cinnamon stick.
2. Place the pan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
3. Stir occasionally to ensure the sugar dissolves and the cranberries start to burst.
4. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have softened and the sauce has thickened slightly.
5. Remove the pan from heat and let the sauce cool for a few minutes.
6. Remove the cinnamon stick and discard.
7. Transfer the cranberry sauce to a serving dish or jar and let it cool completely.
8. Once cooled, refrigerate the sauce for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
9. Serve chilled and enjoy with your favorite holiday dishes!
