Healthier Catalina Dressing

Well, I have cracked the code on making this recipe which is a healthier version of the classic Catalina dressing. Made with all-natural ingredients and olive oil, it is a delicious and guilt-free option to dress up your salads or use as a marinade. The combination of garlic, ketchup, vinegar, and spices creates a tangy and slightly spicy flavor that will enhance any dish.

Ingredients:

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/4 cup all-natural ketchup

- 2 tbsp cane sugar

- 1 1/2 oz white vinegar

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, all-natural ketchup, cane sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes.

2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.

3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.

4. Continue whisking until the dressing is smooth and well blended.

5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.
