DRAGONFRUIT POPSICLES

There’s nothing like enjoying a fruity popsicle on a hot summer day. But these particular popsicles aren’t only delicious, they actually have amazing health benefits as well.

For this recipe, I decided to use my traditional Healing Pink Drink recipe, and added a few extra ingredients that appeal more to kids and their sweet cravings. Unlike store-bought popsicles, all of the ingredients in this recipe are actually nourishing and doing some good for our bodies. It’s a win-win!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups purified water

  • 2 cups dragon fruit

  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 2 tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar

  • Zest of ginger root

  • Zest of turmeric root

  • Juice of 2 organic lemons (or 1 if it’s a larger lemon)

  • 2 tbsp. agave (or sweetener of choice)

Directions

  1. Add ingredients into blender. Blend until everything is well-incorporated.

  2. Pour mix into popsicle trays.

  3. Keep them in the freezer until ready to eat.
